Here we are approaching Christmas… and a festive season (soon to be followed by New Year’s Eve) that we can accompany with Essential Oils, with good natural – authentic – fragrances that give a special colour to our days, and perhaps even to Christmas or New Year’s Day.

Essences help us to feel better about ourselves and others; to brighten dark days and make happy moments even more joyful.

Let’s look together at some recipes to use in the diffuser – we have many possible choices, and here we try to imagine a few together!

Aromatic recipe for Christmas to diffuse in the room:

7 drops of Sweet Orange Essential oil

3 drops of Ceylon Cinnamon Essential oil

3 drops of Tangerine Essential oil

The amount of drops actually depends on the size of the place where you are diffusing the essences, and also on the power of your diffuser: so possibly adjust the doses according to how you feel.

Another aromatic recipe for Christmas to diffuse in the room:

3 drops of Lemon Essential oil

5 drops of Pine Essential oil

3 drops of Sweet Orange Essential oil

These are very pleasant synergies….

If you want to ‘clean the air‘ and purify it you could use:

5 drops of Juniper Essential Oil

5 drops of Scots Pine essential oil

5 drops of Lemon essential oil
